The Challenge

John Colet School came to Leonards at the beginning of the year at just 50% capacity for their 2019 Lower First intake. They also wanted to reposition their niche offering, revive their brand and address some common misconceptions in the marketplace.

The Solution

The ‘It’s Time to Shine!’ campaign launched into the market at the beginning of the year completely saturating the Northern Beaches of Sydney market. A message which every parent can relate to is, ‘is your child getting the chance to shine?’ Numerous creatives across multi-platforms all re-iterating the same

message. Using bright bold colours to grab attention and inject some fun for this primary aged independent school.

The Results

Just half way through the campaign, John Colet School has achieved amazing results – with the Head of School remarking; “If you have missed our successful ad campaign on Facebook, in newspapers, cinemas, on buses and around town… ‘It’s Time to Shine!’ you must be asleep at the wheel. This has been a very positive campaign with over double the amount of regular enquiries and a big increase in tours and attendance at our information evening.”

With just a few places left for Lower First 2019 and a wait list for Kindy 2020 ‘It’s Time to Shine!’ has out shone itself.

As a small primary school, John Colet has greatly benefited from the strategic media buying and campaign management advice from Leonards. Quite simply, we have been able to do much more with the same spend, and much more effectively.
