The Challenge

In 2020 Leonards were engaged once again to create an integrated media campaign providing advertising and marketing support for the sale of 20 luxury apartments on the 39-acre ‘Splendour complex’ at Bellevue Hill.

 

The main objectives of the campaign is to generate brand awareness as well as generating qualifying sales leads for Cramer to be able to book an inspection with a strong likelihood of completing the buying of the luxurious apartment.

The Strategy

Since the campaign began for Splendour Bellevue Hill, multiple images and artwork have run across digital and offline channels highlighting different aspects of the new build including interior, exterior and the spectacular Sydney Harbour views from the secret garden.

 

The campaign began in July and over the four months in market we have been able to build on brand awareness, frequency within target audience, and reach.

 

Throughout the last 4 months activity, Leonards Advertising have been monitoring digital performance and optimizing spend toward the better achieving creative. Performance is based on target audience engagement, CTR and conversions. Conversions are measured by Splendour website enquiry form being submitted by individuals who are interested to learn more about the properties.

 

The activity has been supported by Out of Home and PR which has been handled by an external agency.

The Results

We have had 236 online enquiry forms that have been submitted on the Splendour website.
