The Challenge

In 2018, Bathurst Regional Council found itself in need of a short, yet vibrant campaign to promote their autumn event Bathurst Heritage Trades Trail. Not only did Leonards take on the promotion for this event, but also for the region as a whole. With deadlines looming and over 42,000 residents to communicate with, Leonards took to the trails!

The Solution

Pulling from a myriad of previous tourism and destination marketing experience, Leonards created a fully integrated campaign strategy. Our plan of attack focused on bringing families to the region of Bathurst

The Results

Astoundingly, Bathurst went from a miniscule online presence to a strong force in local press coverage and digital banner ads alike. In the first month alone, over 10,000 new visitors burst onto the Bathurst Trades Trail website. If that was not enough success, the campaign rounded-out with over 800 new subscriber profiles, comprised widely of small families, to their online database! Once again, Leonards proved to be a true trail blazer!
